Born from the chaos of scaling operations inside fast-growing software companies.
The problem Ethan kept seeing
At a Series-B SaaS company, Ethan Sha watched smart teams lose time to the same pattern over and over: one tool for CRM, another for support, another for internal knowledge, another for spreadsheets, and a fragile layer of scripts in between. Every new hire added more complexity. Every new process added more handoffs. Execution slowed down exactly when the company needed to speed up.
The issue was never a lack of effort. It was a lack of shared operational infrastructure. Teams had talent, data, and tools — but no system that could orchestrate them together.
The idea behind Nexiflow
Nexiflow started with a simple belief: every team should be able to build intelligent workflows without assembling an accidental platform out of APIs, spreadsheets, and duct tape. Instead of separate tools for automation, approvals, reporting, and AI, there should be one system where apps, agents, and people can work in sync.
That vision attracted a team of builders across engineering, product, customer success, and growth — all focused on giving operators practical leverage instead of abstract promises.
What we are building now

Nexiflow is founded
After leading platform work inside a Series-B SaaS company, Ethan Sha saw operators buried under disconnected tools, brittle automations, and endless handoffs. He started Nexiflow to give every team the leverage of a much larger company.
Private beta launches
The first beta customers used Nexiflow to automate onboarding, revops routing, support escalations, and internal approvals across Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
General availability
Nexiflow launches publicly with orchestration, automation, governance, integrations, customer flows, and performance insights built into one platform.
Scaling the platform
Accepted into AWS Activate and GitHub for Startups, the team is expanding infrastructure, integrations, and go-to-market support for fast-growing companies adopting AI-powered operations.

He believes the next decade belongs to companies that treat AI agents, software, and people as one orchestrated system. His mission with Nexiflow is to give every ambitious team the operational leverage of a much larger company — without the headcount or complexity.
